Health Care Director

We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead the nursing team as a Health Care Director. You will spearhead clinical services such as resident medication management, service planning, and supervising the nursing staff. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring they receive excellent direct care.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring medication management
• Performing resident assessments
• Providing leadership and guidance on health issues
• Providing onsite medical care
• Communicating changing medical needs to the team and family members
• Champs high quality and infection control
• Verifies physician orders
• Communicates move‑in/move‑out information
• Supervises the ordering, delivery, transcription and documentation of medication, treatments and orders under their authority

Requirements:

• Current LPN or RN nursing license in the state (Required)
• Previous supervisory experience including management, coaching and health care services (Required)
• Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly (Required)
• Prior experience supervising direct care staff (Preferred)
