- Oversee the overall management of the nursing department.
- Assist in interviewing applicants, scheduling, and participating in orientation and in‑service education training.
- Participate in performance reviews.
- Enforce personnel policies and ensure compliance with regulations for documentation from physicians and nursing personnel.
- Assist with care planning, continuous quality improvement, and ensure proper infection control techniques are utilized.
- Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum three years of nursing experience and at least one year of supervisory experience.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to coordinate with other departments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preference for LTC/SNF experience (strongly preferred).
