American Traveler is hiring a Case Management RN for a step-down unit setting with Meditech and Midas EMR experience preferred and no weekend requirement.

• Work across CPCU (cardiac step-down, 14 beds) and PCU (medical step-down, 14 beds) units
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekends required
• Patient ratio of 1:14
• EMR used is Meditech and Midas; experience preferred
• CPCU cares for CABG and TAVR patients with many discharged home with cardiac rehab
• PCU serves a variety of medical step-down patients

• Active KS or compact RN license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Case Manager RN experience required
• Midas and HCA case management experience preferred
• Prior HCA hospital experience preferred
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Perform case management assessments and discharge planning
• Work closely with a consistent team of physicians and mid-levels
• Join a welcoming, collaborative case management team that supports new staff
• Best suited for flexible candidates able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility with no exceptions for local candidates
