Description:
The director is seeking candidates with experience in specific electronic medical record systems.
No weekends are required.
The unit has a total of 28 beds with 14 beds designated for step-down patients from cardiac procedures.
There is a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Physicians and mid-levels are consistent and readily available to assist.
The role involves conducting case management assessments and planning discharges for patients.
Candidates with prior experience in certain specific case management systems will be given preference.
The environment is fast-paced and constantly changing.
Flexibility is essential for success in this role.
The case management team is welcoming, collaborative, and always willing to help new staff.
