American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for an Orthopedics unit position requiring a KS or compact RN license and 2 years of experience.

• Med/Surg Unit-Orthopedics setting
• 13-week assignment with a 19:00-07:30 night shift schedule
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• May float to like units on the same campus or another campus within Wichita
• Uses Cerner One Chart EHR

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• MOAB Moderate Risk training required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Must provide full SSN and DOB for consideration
• Copy of driver's license required
• Two separate professional references required
• Skills checklist and copies of certifications required

• Provide direct patient care on an orthopedic Med/Surg unit
• Ceil blue scrubs required
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
