American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a KS or compact RN license and at least 2 years of L&D experience.

• Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting
• 13-week assignment with night shift hours (19:00-07:30)
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Uses Cerner Feta Link EHR system
• May float to like units on the same campus or another campus within Wichita
• Hospital-laundered scrubs provided

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
• NRP certification required (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics)
• Fetal monitoring competency required (Ascension Fetal Monitoring, AWHONN, Relias, or equivalent within past 2 years)
• MOAB Moderate Risk de-escalation training required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration
• Two separate professional references required

• Provide direct nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients in a Labor and Delivery setting
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on distance from facility
• First-time travelers may be considered
