American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Progressive Care Unit position requiring 2+ years of experience and a KS or compact RN license.
Requirements- Active KS or compact RN license required
- BLS certification (AHA) required
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required
- MOAB Moderate Risk de-escalation training required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Current license and primary source verification (Nursys) required within 30 days prior to start
- Work in a 16-bed Progressive Care Unit managing post heart cath, cardiac-focused, and overflow patients
- Uses the Cerner EMR system
- 13-week assignment with a 07:00-19:30 shift schedule
- Provide nursing care to post cardiac catheterization and cardiac-focused patients
- Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on distance from the facility
- Travelers should begin discussing extension with their manager at least 45 days before assignment end date
- COVID-19 vaccination is not required
