Quality Engineer – Bosch Home Comfort USA

Join the team in Wichita, KS to be a detail‑oriented and innovative Quality Engineer responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Full‑time, Contract. Salary range: $85,850.00–$ (USD)

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
• Lead quality improvement projects using Six Sigma methodologies and quality core tools.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Develop and deliver quality‑related training programs for team members.
• Create and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and reports.
• Participate in new product development processes to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs).

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of paint and fabrication.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies and quality core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Experience with QMS implementation and maintenance, particularly ISO 9001:2015.
• Knowledge of A3/8D problem‑solving techniques.
• Internal auditor certification preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Power BI or similar data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
