Regional Sales Manager – Technical Sales (Kansas & Western Missouri)

An industry-leading manufacturer is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to support and grow a well-established customer base across Kansas and Western Missouri. This field-based role focuses on providing motion control and power transmission solutions to OEMs and industrial clients.

What You’ll Do

• Grow sales with OEMs, end users, and key industrial accounts
• Recommend gear motors, VFDs, and other drive components for real-world applications
• Handle quotes, pricing, and account development
• Stay up to date on product updates, industry trends, and competitive activity
• Partner with engineering, customer service, and leadership teams

What You Bring

• Technical degree or strong mechanical aptitude required
• 2–3 years of outside sales or 3–5 years of inside sales experience
• Familiarity with gear reducers, VFDs, or automation equipment a plus
• Clear communication and consultative sales skills
