They have a countrywide sales and service network and a strong presence in international markets, including the Middle East, South East Asia, and African Subcontinent.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Service Representative located in New Delhi. The Sales Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining the sales and service network for Colt Equipment’s compressors, ensuring trouble-free operation of the products. The day-to-day tasks will include customer relationship management, product demonstrations, sales inquiries handling, and coordinating with the manufacturing team.

• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Technical knowledge of compressors and industrial applications
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in the compressor industry is a plus
