- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical support.
- Drive regional sales by nurturing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a high-potential sales pipeline, securing purchase orders and exceeding targets.
- Deliver tailored solutions in filling, freezing, thawing, and single-use applications.
- Provide on-site product demonstrations, technical presentations, and application support.
- Collaborate with project management to ensure custom equipment and systems meet client specifications.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer visits—domestically and internationally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Hub Spot CRM.
- University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in selling bioprocessing equipment or related technologies.
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
- Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Hub Spot).
- Comfortable with frequent travel (50–75%), including overnight stays and international trips.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We do not sponsor employment visas, now or in the future.
