Sales Associate, Client Relationship Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Wichita, Kansas. The Associate will be responsible for supporting auction operations, working closely with teams to ensure smooth processes, assisting customers and dealers, and maintaining administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities may include fostering client relationships, managing data entry, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the auction experience. This position requires dependable collaboration and excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
• Administrative abilities, including data entry and record-keeping, to ensure seamless operational processes
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address challenges and implement solutions
• Comfortable working on-site and being an active part of a team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in relevant fields is a bonus
