- Strong communicator, self‑disciplined, and accountable.
- Coachable, teachable, and eager to make money.
- HS degree or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
