Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Automotive Sales Representative to join our successful dealership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and excellent communication skills. Your role will involve expanding our customer base by identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and ensuring a positive purchasing experience from start to finish. Responsibilities include greeting guests, building rapport, answering vehicle-related questions, facilitating test drives, and guiding customers through the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers upon arrival at the dealership.
  • Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease.
  • Answer questions about new and used vehicles, specifications, and financing options.
  • Maintain a customer database using Dealer track and other industry-leading software to drive sales.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to complete sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate smoothly between departments to facilitate the purchase process.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow formal processes.
  • Use social media platforms confidently to engage with customers.
  • Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Valid state-issued driver’s license.
    • Prior dealership sales experience is not required.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage time effectively and serve customers independently.
