Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.

Utilize interpersonal skills to complete sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Coordinate smoothly between departments to facilitate the purchase process.

Maintain accurate customer records and follow formal processes.

Use social media platforms confidently to engage with customers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid state-issued driver’s license.
Prior dealership sales experience is not required.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and serve customers independently.
