• Call leads, follow up on inquiries, and book appointments via phone, text, and email
• Greet customers and assist them in finding their perfect vehicle
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits
• Negotiate fair and transparent pricing
• Review and prepare sale-related paperwork
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean showroom
• Set up test drives and answer customer questions
• Attend ongoing training sessions to stayupdated on new vehicle models and features
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in computer and internet applications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 6 months of customer-facing experience preferred
