• Help individuals and families find insurance and financial solutions
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Develop marketing strategies to grow your network
• Generate and follow up on leads

• A strong desire to build something of your own
• 3 years of proven sales or leadership experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated with a high level of integrity
• Goal‑driven with a strong work ethic
• Willing to obtain a state insurance license (we will guide you through the process)

If you are a talented individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, I will work with you as your business coach to help you set your goals, and help you along your agency ownership journey. I serve in this capacity for other agency owners and help support and coach them as they build customized business plans. I understand that starting your own business can be intimidating.
