Sales Development Rep/SDR, Sales Representative
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a key contributor to our enterprise-wide sales initiative. We are looking for someone with a proven track record and hunger for success in our industry. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging lasting relationships with our customers.
What You’ll Do:
Take ownership of nurturing and cultivating relationships with prospects throughout their journey, from initial contact to post-sale support. Create a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting to ensure a steady flow of activity and opportunities for the sales team.
Employ strategies such as outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead-generation techniques to generate appointments and meet departmental activity targets.
Communicate effectively with prospective customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about RV products and services.
Use provided scripts and talking points for initiating and receiving calls.
Make 8-10 outbound calls per hour with the primary goal of scheduling sales appointments.
Utilize the CRM system to record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date data for follow-up and tracking.
Stay informed about ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions, aligning efforts to leverage their impact on lead generation and sales conversion.
Track and analyze personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements.
Be receptive to coaching and collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to improve departmental success.
Help proactively manage online reputation through review sites and social media outlets to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to sale.
Vin Solutions experience is a significant plus!
What You Need:
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Results-driven and motivated for sales
Excellent customer service skills
Strong time management skills to meet goals
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Prior CRM experience and computer proficiency
Previous sales experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance
The pay range for this role is $22,000 - $64,000, including commissions and overtime pay. Full-time employees receive a benefits package with medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and more. Part-time employees have access to dental and vision coverage. For more details, visit:
Pay Range: $14.00 - $16.53 hourly
