Inside Sales & Appointment Setting Representative

Reddi’s Inside Sales Representative helps generate revenue by scheduling appointments, following up with existing customers and warm leads, and recommending additional services. This role involves a high volume of phone calls, with a focus on customer relationships and growing sales. This is a full-time, on‑site position with some schedule flexibility.

• Learn Reddi’s services and communicate them clearly.
• Make 80–100 calls per day to existing customers, warm leads, and some cold calls.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with past customers, old leads, and missed opportunities.
• Recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Answer customer questions and build strong relationships.
• Track calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM.
• Meet goals and manage daily tasks independently.

• At least one year of customer service, office, or sales experience.
• Phone sales and appointment setting experience a plus.
• Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills.
• A professional, positive, and goal‑oriented attitude.
• Good organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
