Thursday 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM;
Friday 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM;
Saturday 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, utilizing de‑escalation techniques when necessary.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and along the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor the premises for unusual activity, reporting any concerns or incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist in controlling access to the property, verifying credentials, and directing visitors as needed.
• Work collaboratively with property management and other staff to address security‑related concerns and support a secure environment.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required.

• At least 6 months of security‑related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
