The Medxcel landscaping division continues to expand! Opportunities are available for full‑time, permanent, year‑round work.

• Oversee team members and perform planting and related activities.
• Perform routine lawn maintenance, including grass cutting, lawn edging, weed pulling, and other routine tasks.
• Use lawn mower and related equipment.
• Provide seasonal lawn care, such as spring and fall clean‑up.
• Move materials and equipment and perform related duties to assist in landscaping and hardscaping.
• Digs holes and trenches and excavates for landscaping and hardscaping using picks and shovels or related equipment.
• Hauls or spreads topsoil, gravel, sand, mulch, or related materials using wheelbarrows and rakes.
• Hand‑finishes grade, applies seed, straw, or sod.
• Maintain assigned equipment and notify Landscaping Supervisor of needed repairs.
• Respond politely to customer inquiries and project a professional image.
• Load equipment and materials on and off trucks and trailers.
• Perform snow removal activities as assigned, such as shoveling and salting.
• Assist Facilities Maintenance staff on preventive maintenance, work orders, painting, and other maintenance projects as assigned.

• Applies chemicals under the direction of a licensed chemical applicator.

• Assist and participate in special projects as assigned.

• Some High School or Equivalent – required.
• High School Diploma or GED – preferred.
• State Driver’s License, insurable with company’s agent – preferred.

• Ability to train new associates and educate them on processes, systems and equipment.
• Working knowledge of standard horticultural practices.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Reports to work at required time and performs duties as assigned by the Landscaping Leader and local Facilities Leader.
• Ability to operate a truck and trailer combination proficiently.
