Multi-Skilled Handyman – FM Service Provider – Commercial Campus – London – up to £30,000 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Handyman to be based in a prestigious Commercial Campus based in London. This Campus has amazing facilities such as on-site restaurants, great cafes to grab a hot drink and much more. They have bike racks on-site for when you want to cycle into work. This site is a short walk from Great Portland Street station and 5 minutes away from Warren Station.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Building Maintenance.

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, including carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical work
• Carry out minor installations, such as lighting and socket outlets, under the guidance of a qualified electrician
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical issues, such as replacing fuses and bulbs
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and report any maintenance or repair needs
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to complete tasks and projects
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including time sheets and job reports
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to client requests and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

• 2+ years of experience as a handyman or in a related trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
• Minor electrical skills, including knowledge of electrical safety and basic electrical principles
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, anduvre heavy equipment and materials
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification or apprenticeship an asset
