Junior Technician I at TWC Services, Inc.

Assists with the efficient and effective troubleshooting and repair of plumbing equipment to maintain and acquire new clients. This role may include exposure to various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, storms, and other environmental factors.

  Demonstrate general understanding of operating standards within the trade/license, actively learn safe and effective troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of equipment/systems in a cost-efficient way; assist with planned maintenance calls.
• Client Service:
  Provide exceptional service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the service process; communicate clearly with clients to understand plumbing issues and provide explanations.
• Recommended Repairs:
  Identify and recommend necessary repairs or replacements to minimize emergencies and business disruptions; assess relevant equipment at the client’s location to suggest solutions in their best interest; document all details needed for quoting and completing the work in one visit.
• Reporting:
  Enter all required information into the system accurately and in real time to ensure thorough and timely service reports with accurate labor time and parts/materials used.
• Safe Driving:
  Consistently drive in accordance with applicable laws and company best practices, ensure defensive driving and minimize distractions.
• Company Assets:
  Keep company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory organized and in good condition; keep van stocked with appropriate inventory cost-effectively.

• 0-2 years of field technician experience.
• High School Diploma/GED.
