Concrete Finisher

Concrete Finisher – Conco Construction – Wichita, KS

• Place and finish concrete using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Set forms for all concrete applications including slabs, foundations, sidewalks, curbing, and paving.
• Maintain proper control (grade and line) while setting forms.
• Tie rebar for all concrete applications – foundations, slabs, and walls.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25‑50 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work outdoors and stand for the majority of the day.
• Must be able to perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling equipment.
• Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on experience and performance.

• Wages are based on experience and performance.
• Must be able to work outside the normal operating hours (7 am–4 pm, winter/fall 7 am–3:30 pm, spring/summer).
• Employees are responsible for transportation to and from the job site.

• Tool bag (framing hammer – min 16 oz., 25‑foot tape measure, nail bag, nail puller, quick square, utility knife, wire wheel, pliers, chalk line, 4‑foot level, 10‑12 lb. sledge hammer, magnesium hand float, 14‑foot x 3‑inch finish trowel, rubber boots).
