The Position: We’re looking for a Restoration Technician. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! WE PAY FOR YOUR TRAINING! This position is for residential and commercial fire and water clean-up and restoration. Job assignments include but are not limited to specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack ins, and content cleaning.

The pay range we’re offering is $16-$18 that is negotiable based on experience.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel out of town
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Previous restoration experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
• Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world-class customer service.
• Keep a clean and neat jobsite at all times leaving a first-class impression of our work.
• Become proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and Service Master standards.
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely fashion, above the line, professionally and with empathy including participation in “On-Call rotation” which involves some nights and weekend assignments.
• Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
