Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Chancery Lane. CBW is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a prestigious commercial office building, located less than a 5-minute walk from Chancery Lane Station. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.
He or she will be required to carry out Electrical planned and reactive maintenance across this static site, working with the maintenance team on-site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands‑on experience of the below. KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault‑finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
- 08:00am to 17:00pm
- No Callout
- Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
- 17th/18th Edition (Required)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi‑skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
- Up to £46,000 per annum
- Lots of Overtime available
- 25 days holiday + BH
- Company Pension
