How You Can Maintain a Safe Environment as a Facilities Maintenance Technician:

• This position is responsible for performing general repairs and maintenance to our group home locations, main facility and grounds.
• You get to work directly with the Director of Facilities/Construction with the day to day operations of maintaining excellence at our locations.
• We prefer if the applicant already has the following knowledge or skills: carpentry, HVAC, plumbing and electric. However, Starkey will accept "Make Ready" experience also.

Requirements for the Facilities Maintenance Technician role

• Must provide proof of a High School Diploma, GED, or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate
• 3 years' experience in maintenance and general repair.
• Valid Driver's License for a minimum of 2 years with a good driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Pass drug and alcohol screenings
• Pass criminal background checks
