Residential HVAC Install Technician
Pay: $22-$35. Earn a percentage of all installed equipment! More Installs, More Money!

Eck Services is growing and looking for experienced Residential HVAC Technicians to join our team. We are a top-performing service company that takes pride in our craftsmanship, professionalism, and long-term customer relationships. • Install, replace, and start up residential HVAC systems
• Perform quality ductwork, refrigeration piping, and equipment setting
• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and job plans
• Work safely and efficiently on commercial job sites, often as part of a crew
• Communicate professionally with customers, GCs, and team members
• Complete required documentation and use company-approved apps and tools (company iPad provided)
• Participate in ongoing training and follow all company safety procedures

• Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Installer or Technician
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation best practices, and code requirements
• EPA certification;
  Journeyman or Master license is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, roofs, and in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and a team-first mindset
