Encore Pavement LLC is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our on-site crews. You will supervise finishers and laborers, ensure safety, schedule, and quality, and read blueprints and site plans.
The ideal candidate has hands-on concrete experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate materials, equipment, and inspections to avoid delays.
This role requires walking job sites, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional travel for projects outside the local area.
