PICO Builders & Remodelers is growing, and we're looking to expand our network of qualified subcontractor trade partners throughout the greater Wichita metro.

If you run a professional crew, take pride in clean work, and value clear communication, we'd like to hear from you.

Trades we're actively seeking:

• Framing / carpentry crews
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Drywall + finish
• Painting
• Siding / exterior
• Roofing
• Finish trim / cabinetry
• Doors & windows
• Insulation
• Any other trades supporting a general contractor

We build long-term relationships with trade partners who want consistency, respect on the jobsite, and a team that plans well.

You can expect:

• Clear scopes and scheduling
• Quick answers and consistent communication
• Reliable payment terms and straightforward paperwork
• Repeat work as fit and performance align

To be considered, trade partners should have:

• Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial work
• A strong track record of quality and jobsite professionalism
• Ability to meet schedules and communicate changes early
• Licensed work where required
• Insured operations (see below)
• A crew that respects the homeowner's space (cleanliness matters)

Before starting work, trade partners must be able to provide:

• Certificate of Insurance (COI) (General Liability; Workers Comp if applicable)
• W-9
• License info (if required for your trade)
• References and/or project photos upon request

Q. Do you offer consistent work?
A. We're building a long-term bench of trade partners. Consistency increases as fit, reliability, and quality are proven.

Q. Where do you work?
A. Primarily Wichita and the surrounding metro area.

Q. How quickly do you pay?
A. Payment terms are outlined in the subcontractor agreement and confirmed before the first job starts.

Q. Can I apply if I'm a smaller crew?
A. Yes. The right fit is about quality, communication, and professionalism - not just size.
