Sign-On Bonus: $1,000–$1,500
Average hourly rate: $27.07 (includes wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

We’re looking for a full‑time Case Manager, ready to make a difference in the Winfield area. A bachelor’s degree in human services (or a related field) and at least 2 years of experience in child placement are required.
What You’ll Be Doing- Help families build skills like emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy communication.
- Connect families to community resources.
- Develop personalized plans to support children’s growth.
- Advocate for improvements in family environments.
- Work with a passionate team that’s all about making a real impact.
- Loves working with children and families.
- Believes in building on strengths.
- Is ready to learn, grow, and be an advocate for those who need it most.
- Has a bachelor’s degree in human services (or a related field) and at least 2 years of experience in child placement.
