House Manager / Case Coordinator

Full-Time | Starting at $24 per hour
LIF, Inc. is seeking a dependable, compassionate leader to serve as a House Manager / Case Coordinator in our residential program for teenage boys. This combined role includes leading house staff, overseeing daily operations, mentoring youth, and coordinating resident care.
We are looking for someone who leads by example, sets clear expectations, follows through on responsibilities, and upholds the standards of LIF, Inc.
Work Schedule- Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday: 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 6:00 a.m.–noon
- Lead, guide, and support house staff to ensure duties are completed and program expectations are consistently met.
- Oversee daily house operations and maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
- Mentor youth and encourage positive behavior, accountability, and independent living skills.
- Coordinate resident services and communicate with involved professionals to support each youth’s needs and goals.
- Complete and monitor required documentation accurately and on time.
- Help ensure resident care and house operations comply with applicable Kansas DCF rules and regulations.
- Address concerns promptly and communicate with leadership about resident needs, staff performance, and house operations.
- Uphold LIF, Inc.’s policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Degree in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field.
- Understanding of Kansas DCF rules and regulations.
- Ability to lead staff, mentor youth, and maintain professional boundaries.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Dependability, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
- Successful completion of required background checks.
- One to two years of experience working in residential care, foster care, or the justice system.
- Experience supervising staff or coordinating services for youth.
- Starting pay of $24 per hour.
