WE’RE HIRING! SOCIAL SERVICES DESIGNEE Phillips County Retirement Center Are you compassionate, organized, and enjoy making a difference in the lives of others? PCRC is looking for a Social Services Designee to join our team!

HOURS:

Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Friday | 8:00 AM–12:00 PM GREAT BENEFITS PACKAGE! This position includes:

• Supporting residents and their families
• Assisting with care planning & documentation
• Advocating for residents and their needs
• Assisting with resident admissions & discharges
• Providing transportation to and from appointments
• Assisting with crafts and activities as needed
• Supporting resident rights and quality of life

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Caring & compassionate
• Dependable & organized
• A great communicator
• Comfortable working with residents, families & staff
• Experienced in social services or long-term care preferred.
