Assist Colgate’s track & field and cross country programs at practices and competitions. Job duties include but are not limited to skill instruction.

• Adhere to Head Coach’s philosophy
• Athletic instruction/coaching
• Program operations and administration as designated by Head Coach

Responsible for role modeling behaviors and leadership for student-athletes.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience coaching or participation in track &field and/or cross country
• A current valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years experience coaching or participation in track &field and/or cross country

Education

• Bachelor’s degree is required
