AccountabilitiesAssist Colgate’s track & field and cross country programs at practices and competitions. Job duties include but are not limited to skill instruction.
- Adhere to Head Coach’s philosophy
- Athletic instruction/coaching
- Program operations and administration as designated by Head Coach
Responsible for role modeling behaviors and leadership for student-athletes.
RequirementsProfessional Experience/Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience coaching or participation in track &field and/or cross country
- A current valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years experience coaching or participation in track &field and/or cross country
Education
- Bachelor’s degree is required
