To operate baler for the purpose of binding salvage and aid truck driver with loading and unloading as directed. To work at dock as needed to process all materials and fulfill Goodwill's mission statement.

GED or high school diploma or one year experience in a warehouse required.

Work with individuals who have disabilities and or barriers to employment and participate in the achievement of their goals. Demonstrate a positive, role model. Display commitment and involvement towards Goodwill's mission.

Unload and load trucks as needed. Take boxed store returns and loose salvage to the baler. Put salvage in baler and operate compression mechanism until salvage is properly compacted. Tie compressed bale with strand of wire. Sort salvage as needed. Work at dock as needed to process all materials.
