An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Rental Service Supervisor to join a busy and growing business in Bristol. This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical or electrical background who enjoys coordinating engineers, solving technical issues and delivering excellent customer service.

• Manage breakdowns and technical service enquiries.
• Coordinate and schedule Field Service Engineers.
• Diagnose faults remotely where possible.
• Plan preventative maintenance and emergency call-outs.
• Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
• Monitor service performance and maintain accurate records.
• Support the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the department.
• Participate in the on-call rota following training.

• Mechanical or Electrical background.
• Experience in Service Coordination or Technical Supervision.
• Knowledge of generators or similar equipment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and a customer-focused approach.
• A forklift licence and experience within the power generation industry would be an advantage.
