Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
- Support residents with food and drink, and follow care plans.
- Provide companionship and ensure each resident receives one‑to‑one support.
- Maintain a supportive and compassionate environment for residents.
- Experience caring for older people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, warmth and a can‑do approach.
- Ability to deliver high‑standard care and support.
