Imenco Future Technologies AS – Wick, UK – Workshop Mechanical Technician (Full‑time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities- CNC Milling and Turning.
- Setting and operating manual lathes and milling machines.
- Using high precision measuring equipment to inspect manufactured items.
- Maintenance, inspection and cleaning of workshop equipment and environment.
- General workshop duties.
- Working to company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participating in the Imenco Continual Improvement Process.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous relevant experience in a similar position.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of workshop operations.
- Able to work to deadlines.
- Good team player with the ability to use own initiative when required.
- Strong commitment to providing a high‑quality service.
- Highly accurate with attention to detail.
Skills & Qualifications
- Recognised mechanical apprenticeship.
- A knowledge of CNC programming is desirable; training will be given.
