Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Staff Nurse to join our dynamic rehab/post acute team in Bignold Ward, Caithness General.

Your role would be pivotal in providing post‑acute/rehab care for patients with complex needs, including stroke, neurological conditions, orthopaedics, elderly care and also in supporting the Senior Charge Nurse with staff development, promoting a positive team culture whilst ensuring high standards of patient care.

• Current NMC registration.
• Band 5 experience in a similar setting.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
