NHS Highland is seeking a Community Mental Health Nurse to join our Older Adult Team in Caithness. You will deliver care for adults with mental ill health aged 65 and over, coordinating assessments, care planning, and review with families and carers.
You will monitor medications, liaise with psychiatrists, primary care and social services, and contribute as an MDT member while supervising students and support workers as needed.
