Shift supervisor, Warehouse

Overview

A Shift Supervisor is needed in Wick to lead warehouse operations on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis, earning £32,000 per annum. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily shift activities, manage a team of operatives, and ensure productivity targets are met. This role is based in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to use warehouse management systems and have good IT skills.
• A proven ability to drive team performance and consistently achieve KPIs.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced operational environment.

Location:

Banbury, Oxfordshire. This is a full-time role with a temp-to-perm pathway. The operation runs year-round, with a Christmas Day exception. Successful applicants must be fully flexible regarding shift patterns and hours.
