- $135,000 to $190,000 Annual Income
- $110,000 to $130,000 Base Salary, negotiable depending on experience

Company ProfileThis multi-site healthcare clinic has been serving the local community for more than 20 years, providing full scope primary care. They currently boast a staff of 8 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members. Being affiliated with a local hospital, they have convenient access to services for laboratory, pharmacy, x-ray, EKG, minor procedures, and more.
PositionDescription
This is a primary care position in a traveling mobile health unit, seeing patients of all ages with an emphasis on adult care. The provider will see a variable number of patients per day (typically between 15 and 20 visits) with administrative time built into the schedule. All work is within the area of standard primary care appropriate to a mobile setting:
- annual check-ups
- physicals
- chronic disease management
- sick / injury visits
The mobile unit is a 40-foot, solar-powered “clinic on wheels” that serves a 25-mile geographic area encompassing the Wickenburg community. The mobile unit has a dedicated driver and is equipped with:
- exam room
- telehealth capabilities
- imaging equipment
- and more
The mobile unit uses an EHR system.
Requirements- Arizona NP or PA license
- DEA
- FNP or NCCPA certification
- ability to see patients of all ages
- 1+ year advanced practice experience
- 1+ year primary care, urgent care, etc. experience
