As an LPN/LVN, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, you will:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current state licensure.
• CPI / CPR Certification.
• Driver Safety Training.
• Preferred:
  One year of behavioral health/substance abuse experience.
