The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also provide support for tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interaction with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
- Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, subject to business needs.
- Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress, issues, and solutions.
- Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
- Performing store measurements and accurate inventory counts, including cycle counts.
- Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately and timely.
- Hanging store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
- Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
- Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
- Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate the customer. - Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
- Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory. Must be able to read, write, and count accurately regardless of education level.
- Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
- Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.
- Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
- Hard surface floors and outdoor lots, with adequate lighting and temperature.
- Work shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
- Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
- Occasionally lift or reach overhead.
- Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
- Move throughout the store during shifts.
- Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Handle contact with birds/poultry.
- Complete all required training successfully.
