As Client Manager, you'll take full responsibility for a diverse portfolio of SME and owner-managed clients, delivering top-tier compliance and advisory services. You'll manage and mentor junior staff, liaise directly with clients, and contribute to wider business decisions.

• Manage and develop your own portfolio of clients across varied industries.
• Oversee preparation of accounts, management reports, and tax returns.
• Deliver proactive advice on business strategy, growth, and tax efficiency.
• Review work of junior team members and support their progression.
• Collaborate with Partners on firm-wide projects and business development initiatives.

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist).
• Experienced in managing client relationships within a practice environment.
• Strong communicator with commercial awareness and genuine client care.
