the Role
  • Teach a Reception class following the EYFS framework
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities to inspire young learners
  • Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment
  • Work closely with the EYFS team, parents, and support staff
  • Assess, track, and report on pupil progress effectively
  • Promote curiosity, creativity, and confidence in early learning
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching within EYFS, ideally in a Reception setting
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • A nurturing and patient approach, with a commitment to every child’s development
