We’re Hiring:
Field Care Supervisor – Wickford
We are looking for a compassionate and organised Field Care Supervisor to join our growing care team based in Wickford.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting and supervising care staff in the community
- Conducting spot checks, reviews, and care assessments
- Ensuring high standards of care and compliance
- Liaising with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Creating and updating person‑centred care plans
- Experience in domiciliary care
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Passion for delivering outstanding person‑centred care
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working toward it)
