Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM + Rotating Saturdays

Wyatt Works Plumbing is looking for a motivated
Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. This isn't a position where you're just answering phones—you'll play a major role in helping customers, booking appointments, keeping our technicians busy, and driving the success of our team.
- Answer incoming customer calls and BOOK THE CALL with a “Say YES” mentality
- Turn customer inquiries into scheduled service appointments
- Communicate with empathy and build genuine connections with customers
- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads
- Respond quickly to new online leads
- Help maintain and fill our 3-day call board
- Maintain accurate customer information
- Participate in weekly training and coaching
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable on the phone
- Goal-driven and motivated by performance
- Able to follow a script without sounding scripted
- Organized with strong follow-through
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Reliable and dependable
- Coachable and eager to improve
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and sense of urgency
- Customer service or call center experience is preferred, but attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn are extremely important to us.
- $17-$19 per hour, based on experience
- Additional performance-based pay
