Location:

Onsite in Wickliffe or Brecksville, OH

Salary: $115K

• Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software based on engineering specifications.
• Lead design coordination, ensure standards and code compliance, and mentor other team members.
• Develop assembly instructions, bills of materials, and review engineering documentation.
• Conduct site visits, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate closely with engineering teams.

• Strong proficiency in CAD software (Auto Desk AutoCAD, Revit, BIM) and documentation management.
• Excellent drafting, design development, and record-keeping skills.
• Proven leadership in design coordination and team coaching.
• Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and industrial design/drafting software.
• Prior exposure to chemical processing or industrial facilities.
• Experience working across multiple projects and managing high-value design efforts.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Design, or engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical preferred).
• 5-10 years of experience in drafting and engineering design within industrial settings, especially in chemical
