• Prioritize and coordinate variety of tasks and activities supporting the Sales department.
• Maintain sales records; orders booked, requests for quotes, purchase orders, etc.
• Extensive customer interface/communication via phone and onsite or offsite.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by working efficiently and communicating professionally with customers, clients, co‑workers and supervisors.
• Process and expedite customer purchase orders; internal distribution, customer acknowledgement, and update P&W ship books.
• Update and distribute case records reports.
• Update specific customer reports.
• Responsible for tracking and maintaining tooling area including quotes, blueprints, customer change forms. Maintain tooling in‑house work tickets.
• Track and maintain financial aspect of tooling including the budget and invoices.
• Maintain application containing tooling quotes, change forms, and tooling orders.
• Back up person for SMP's deviation system.
• Maintain and complete ESA system.
• Conduct SOX audits.
• ITAR compliance and tracking.

• Three years or more experience in a business office setting.
• Must have advanced skills in Microsoft office applications.
• Experience having excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to flex hours as needed.
• High degree of confidentiality and professionalism is required.
• College degree in business or engineering is highly preferred.
