• Identify, load and scan all batches
• Load parts in autoclaves baskets using specific orientation per the PEI.
• Load and unload baskets in autoclaves using crane and torque wrench.
• Start, Drain and stop autoclave vessels.
• React per SOP to alarm conditions and contact necessary personnel based on specific alarms.
• Place autoclave baskets in holding tank for Washout personnel.
• Assist Washout with timely turnaround.
• Verification of parts to paperwork.
• Must wear required PPE at all times.
• Autoclave traceability maintained through paperwork verification.
• Record information in Lot Control.
• Comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervision.
